Whistler is one of my favourite places to visit, be it in the summer or winter (You can see my snowboarding adventure in Whistler here!)  No matter what the season, It is the perfect escape from the city.

This view is from the top of Blackcomb Mountain, which you can get to by riding the Peak 2 Peak Gondola (the Guiness Book of World Record Holder for being the highest and longest lift!) that connects to the top of Whistler Mountain. It is absolutely breathtaking -the turquoise glacier water, the snow capped mountains...a definite must see.
