Braided Ponytail Tutorial

I love creating different hairstyles, and today I am showing you how to get this braided ponytail look that was featured in The Glitter Guide. It is so easy to do! You will need clear elastics, bobby pins & hairspray and that's it!

First, take a section of hair from the side of your head you want the braid on, then braid all the way to the bottom of your hair making sure to pull it back while you braid so that it lays flat against your head. Secure with an elastic.

Gently pull the braid to create a more undone look, then repeat creating two smaller braids on the same side.

Take all three braids and braid them together, then secure with an elastic, then take the rest of your hair and the finished braid and pull back into a ponytail, securing with an elastic.

To hide the last elastic, take a small piece of hair from underneath the ponytail and wrap it around the elastic, then secure with a bobby pin underneath.

Finish the look with hairspray and you're done!
