I am absolutely in love with tulle, it is so romantic and fun to style (hello Carrie Bradshaw!)

When it comes to Tulle, the ladies of Beautulleful know exactly what they are doing - their skirts are so perfectly crafted and comfortable to wear (see my last post featuring their skirt here)so I am so proud and ecstatic to have had the opportunity to work with them to create a very special A Fashion Love Affair Skirt.

Designing this Beautulleful x AFLA Skirt was such a cool experience...so neat to get to actually style a skirt that I dreamt up!

I wanted the AFLA skirt to be delicate & romantic, so I added a layer of lace and tiered the tulle at the bottom of the skirt to get that ethereal feel. It certainly makes a statement and was the perfect piece to bring along with me to New York Fashion Week.

These shots were taken in one of my newfound favourite places in The Big Apple, The High Line. It is a gorgeous park built on abandoned train tracks above the city, it is simply stunning! Definitely a must while in NYC.
