We only stayed in Marseille for one night (it is a great spot to stay if you want to visit the Calanques in Cassis during high season when Cassis can be fully booked- that is what happened to us! It is really close so makes an easy day trip) but it was such a beautiful city to wake up in & enjoy breakfast on the terrace! 

The little French rooftops are just so beautiful, like a French Dream!
